Kratom in sports
You can use kratom for sports. It is not necessary, but for some people the mental focus, well-being and energy that some kratom types can provide can help them deliver (better) sports performance.
Which sports
Kratom could (in theory) be used in most endurance and strength sports. Although for strength sports it will (most likely) provide little added value. Kratom could offer added value for endurance sports.
Please note! Kratom is never a substitute for good training, good eating, good hydration, adequate rest (before training) and recovery (after training).
How to use
For example, you could mix 2 or 3 grams of kratom with your pre-workout drink (if you take a pre-workout drink). Pre-workout drinks are often very sweet and this can mask the bitter taste of the kratom. You could also take 3 or 4 capsules (500 mg per caps.). If you do this, take the kratom at least 30 minutes before you exercise. Most pre-workouts are also taken about 30 minutes beforehand.
Which species?
It depends on what effect you want to boost your training. Do you want mental focus, good well-being? then you can think of a green species. If you really want more energy, a white variety is often recommended.
