You have up to 14 days to cancel your order after you received it without giving any reason. If the seal is broken and kratom has been used, we will decide in consultation with you what and how much money we will refund to you (or compensate you through another method discussed with you). After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your purchased kratom or other product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the shipping costs for returning the product(s) from your home to our address are at your own expense.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@webdesigndiensten.nl. We will then refund the order amount as soon as the product is returned to us.
