Shipping methods
We ship via PostNL within the Netherlands.
In Germany, shipments are often taken over by Deutsche Post. In Belgium by Postnl or Bpost as well as in France. Other countries to which we ship have their own local shipping parties that take over the mail from PostNL.
Estimated delivery times (see shipping table below) in the Netherlands vary from two to three working days. In Germany, Belgium and France the delivery time can be 2 to 5 working days.
In other countries within the EU and beyond, the delivery time can be between 3 and 6 working days.
We ship from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Discount
We give 10% discount!! for an order amount above 80 euros!!
Delivery options
You can select the following delivery options:
1) Collect the package yourself at a PostNL collection point (selected by you);
2) Have it delivered to your own address;
Registered
For orders up to 300 grams (letterbox package) you can select whether you want standard shipping or registered shipping.
Orders over 300 grams are shipped by registered and insured mail as standard.
After we have placed your order at PostNL, you will receive a track and trace code from us.
Free shipping
Free shipping applies when you place an order above 125 euros. Your package will then be sent to you insured and registered.
Orders placed before three o’clock (3:00 PM) will be shipped the same day (if possible!!!).
