You will not have failed to notice if you regularly order from us via the webshop, we have a completely new webshop.
This was necessary, the old system was very outdated and some products no longer worked properly.
Changes
A lot has changed and some important adjustments have been made:
- A clearer discount system. We now automatically give 10% discount from €80 order amount
- Clearer and more organized products. The Kratom products are now better structured per type and capsules no longer have to be ordered separately. In the ordering options for each kratom you can now choose either powder or capsules
- Order quantities have changed, you can now order 100 grams | 250 grams | 500 grams | 1 kilo
- Kratom in bulk is much easier and clearer to order. Instead of having to order each product separately in bulk, the bulk page now consists of one product page where you can order the type and weight
- We believe the structure has become much clearer. Each category is placed in the navigation menu and below it you can directly order the type of kratom you want in the dropdown menu. Other products are divided into all other products that we sell in addition to kratom + the kratom sample packs and bulk kratom.
- A completely new review system has been set up (via Cusrev). unfortunately the old reviews have been lost because the entire system has been newly set up, but everyone who posts a review will receive a 5% discount code for their next order
- Lab results have been added to the haccp page also each product has had recent lab tests added
- The site has been improved for mobile devices (most visitors come via phone) hopefully it works better now
