How much kratom to take etc.

I try to keep the blogs as short as possible and to the point so that you don’t need a lot of time to read them:
We often get the question: How much kratom should I take (especially from beginners), so below we go into more detail about matters such as:
1) How many grams per time;
2) How often
3) How much for what?
4) How much is too much

How many at a time

This depends on whether you are a novice user or have been a user for some time. This also depends on the reason for which you use kratom (more about that later). For beginners, most experts recommend using no more than 1 to 1.5 grams at a time. Experienced users can use up to 3 grams at a time (I would never use more than 3 grams because your body probably does not absorb more than 3 grams max. at a time. So if you take more, a large part will simply be excreted without being used, which is a shame (waste of money to be precise).

How often

Experts recommend not taking kratom more than twice a day. If you take a very small amount at a time (e.g. 1 gram) for pain, you could spread this over 3 times a day because kratom often only works for 4 hours.

How much and for what

You can take 2.5 grams for relaxation, against stress, anxiety and sleep;
For more energy you can take 1.5 grams;
You can take 1 to 1.5 grams for pain.

How much is too much

There is such a thing as tolerance. Experienced users therefore tend to use more and more to achieve the same effect. This is not a good strategy. Taking more than 3 to 3.5 grams at a time ensures that part of it is simply excreted because the body simply does not absorb more than 3 grams. What you could do is:
1) changing strain
2) Take a tolerance break.
3) change your mixing strategy, take it differently with other drinks to see if this gives more effect.
