Our Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is of exceptional quality and 100% naturally pure. The pure valerian root is manually selected and carefully cut to the perfect size for tea, so that the ingredients, flavor and natural properties remain optimally present. Valerian has been a well-known herb in European herbalism for centuries, where it plays a major role and is valued for its unique properties.

For a cup of pure valerian tea, use approximately 1 level teaspoon (2 grams) per cup of boiling water. Let it steep for about 5 to 8 minutes (according to taste). Also perfect to add to a soothing blend or mix.
